Processing & delivery

• Orders are processed within 1 – 3 working days of payment.

• Deliveries are made through Royal Mail.

• Estimated UK delivery: 3 – 5 working days after dispatch.

• Estimated International delivery: 10-15 working days after dispatch.

• Tracking details will be emailed once dispatched.​

Shipping costs

• Standard UK delivery (48 hour tracked): Cost calculated by item weight. 0 - 0.75kg = £2.50, 0.75kg - 2kg= £3.50

• Standard International delivery: Cost calculated by standard export rate: £12.99

Risk & title

Ownership passes once full payment is received; risk passes upon delivery to your address.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (include photos). We will liaise with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.

Incorrect addresses

We cannot refund or replace items lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Re-delivery costs may apply.
