Statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period starting the day after delivery.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty, mis-described, or unfit goods are refundable within 30 days (or repair/replacement up to 6 months).
Change-of-mind returns
You may cancel within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you have 14 more days to return the item.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt or proof of return.
Exceptions: Custom or personalised artwork is not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or damaged items
Notify us as soon as possible (with photos).

After 30 days (but within 6 months) → repair or replacement; if not possible, refund.
We cover return postage for faulty goods.

Refunds
Refunds use the same payment method and include standard delivery costs only (not upgraded shipping).
We may deduct for damage or handling beyond normal inspection.
