These Terms govern your use of graciesartworks.co.uk and purchases from GraciesArtworks.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our contract

Orders are accepted once dispatched or, for commissioned art, when we confirm work has begun.

3. Prices & payment

Prices include UK VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping.

4. Delivery

Delivery by Royal Mail per our Shipping Policy. Risk transfers at delivery; title transfers after payment.

5. Returns & refunds

Handled per our Refund & Returns Policy above. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Custom artwork & commissions

Custom or personalised art cannot be cancelled after production has begun except where faulty. We may request a deposit before starting bespoke work.

7. Intellectual property

All images, text and artworks on this site are owned by GraciesArtworks or its artists and protected by copyright. You must not copy or reproduce without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraciesArtworks is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profit, data, business). Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the artwork.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes will be heard in its courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
